The Master of Business Management (MBM) is designed for professionals and aspiring managers who want to strengthen their leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen. PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The Master of Business Management (MBM) programme is designed to enhance leadership, strategic thinking, and managerial skills. It offers an interdisciplinary approach, drawing from management, economics, finance, marketing, and information technology to prepare graduates for real-world business challenges.
Unlike other postgraduate programmes which offer specialisation in a specific field, MBM is interdisciplinary—drawing from management, economics, finance, marketing, and information technology.

For Local Student
Degree Holders:
International students are required to achieve a minimum Band 4 in MUET or its equivalent, in accordance with the requirements set by the Department of Higher Education (JPT) and theMalaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

i.A Bachelor’s Degree (MQF Level 6) in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent as approved
by the Senate of the Higher Education Provider (HEP); -
ii.A Bachelor’s Degree (MQF Level 6) in a related field or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 but not meeting 2.50
may be accepted, subject to rigorous internal assessment; -
iii.Candidates with qualifications not in a related field or without relevant work experience are required to undergo prerequisite
courses as determined by the HEP, and must meet the minimum CGPA requirements as stated in items (i) to (ii).
For International Student
Master Degree Holders:
- 1.Demonstration of strong business experience, and that you have held significant managerial responsibilities.
- 2.Evidence of any achievements in your professional life, for example, consistently performing at a high level, consistent career progression, and any impact that you had on your organisation.
- 3.Professional skills that you have developed, for example, teamwork, leadership, problemsolving, negotiation, and analytical skills

Case Study / Action Learning

Assignment / Presentation.
Written tasks and mini-projects will be given throughout each module.
These include in-depth
research, analysis, strategic proposals, and reflective writing that test your understanding
and application of core concepts.
FINAL ASSESSMENT / Dissertation.
At the end of each module, you will be required to complete a final project or paper.
This capstone assessment is designed to showcase your mastery of the subject,
integrating theory with practice before successfully completing the course.
